Activate Your KineticHub PRO License

Connect KineticHub PRO to your Freemius license so you can access premium features, automatic updates, and PRO support on your WordPress website.

Make sure that:

  • KineticHub PRO is installed and active
  • You have administrator access to WordPress
  • You can access the email account used to purchase KineticHub PRO
  • You have your KineticHub license key or access to the Freemius Customer Portal

Installing KineticHub PRO and activating its license are separate steps.

Find your KineticHub license

Sign in to the Freemius Customer Portal:

customers.freemius.com

Use the email address associated with your KineticHub purchase.

Open your KineticHub product and locate the license connected to your subscription.

Copy the complete license key. Make sure no spaces are added before or after the key.

Open the KineticHub license screen

Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.

Depending on the screen displayed by Freemius, you can usually open license activation from one of these locations:

  • Plugins → Installed Plugins → KineticHub PRO → Activate License
  • KineticHub → Account
  • The activation screen displayed immediately after activating KineticHub PRO

The exact label may vary slightly depending on the installed Freemius SDK version.

Activate the license

1. Enter your license details

Enter the email address associated with your KineticHub purchase.

Paste your license key into the license field.

2. Connect the website

Select Activate License, Agree & Activate License, or the equivalent activation button shown on the screen.

Freemius will verify the license and connect it to the current WordPress website.

3. Wait for confirmation

After successful activation, the account or license screen should show that the license is active.

You may also see information such as:

  • The active plan
  • The license expiration or renewal date
  • The number of websites allowed by the license
  • The current website connected to the license

Verify that KineticHub PRO is active

Go to:

Plugins → Installed Plugins

Confirm that KineticHub PRO is active.

Then open:

KineticHub → Account

The license status should show as active.

You can also verify the result inside the block editor:

  1. Open or create a WordPress page
  2. Insert a KineticHub block
  3. Open the block settings in the right sidebar
  4. Confirm that the additional PRO controls are available

If the account screen shows an active license and the PRO controls are available, activation was successful.

About Freemius data collection

Freemius may display an optional permission or usage-tracking screen during setup.

License verification is required to connect your PRO purchase to the website. Optional usage tracking or diagnostic sharing is separate from the license itself.

Read the options shown on the screen and select the level of data sharing you are comfortable with.

Declining optional usage tracking does not prevent you from using the licensed KineticHub PRO plugin.

Move the license to another website

The number of websites that can use the license depends on the purchased plan.

If your license has reached its activation limit, you may need to deactivate an older website before connecting a new one.

You can manage activated websites from the Freemius Customer Portal.

Open the KineticHub license, locate the website you no longer use, and deactivate or remove that website from the license.

Then return to the new WordPress website and activate the license again.

Do not share your license key publicly or include it in screenshots, videos, support forum posts, or documentation.

Troubleshooting

The license key is not accepted

Confirm that:

  • You copied the complete license key
  • No spaces were added before or after it
  • The key belongs to KineticHub PRO
  • The subscription or license is still active
  • You are using the email address associated with the purchase

Copy the key again directly from the Freemius Customer Portal rather than typing it manually.

The activation limit has been reached

Your license may already be connected to the maximum number of websites allowed by the plan.

Sign in to the Freemius Customer Portal and deactivate a website that is no longer using KineticHub PRO.

Then retry the activation on the current website.

The Account or Activate License option is missing

Check that the premium plugin is installed and active:

Plugins → Installed Plugins

If only KineticHub Free is active, install and activate the KineticHub PRO package first.

Also confirm that you are signed in with a WordPress administrator account.

The license is active, but PRO controls are missing

Reload the WordPress editor and clear:

  • Browser cache
  • WordPress cache
  • LiteSpeed or another optimization-plugin cache
  • CDN cache, if used

Then confirm that only the current KineticHub PRO package is active.

If KineticHub Free is still active, deactivate it and reload the editor.

The purchase is not visible in Freemius

Confirm that you signed in using the same email address used during checkout.

If necessary, use the password recovery option in the Freemius Customer Portal.

If the purchase still does not appear, contact KineticHub support and provide the purchase email address. Never send your complete license key in a public support forum.
