Overview
KineticHub PRO purchases and licenses are managed through the Freemius Customer Portal.
From your account, you can:
- Download the latest KineticHub PRO version
- View your license key
- Check the active subscription or plan
- Manage websites connected to the license
- Download invoices
- Update billing details
- Review renewal information
- Cancel or manage a subscription
- Access purchase information
Your WordPress website and Freemius account are connected through the KineticHub PRO license.
Sign in to the Freemius Customer Portal
Open:
customers.freemius.com
Sign in using the email address associated with your KineticHub purchase.
If you do not remember your password, use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen.
The purchase may not appear if you sign in with a different email address from the one used during checkout.
Open your KineticHub product
After signing in, locate KineticHub in the list of purchased products.
Open the product to view the available license and subscription information.
Depending on your account and plan, you may see:
- Product name
- License key
- Plan name
- Purchase date
- Renewal date
- License status
- Number of allowed websites
- Active websites
- Available downloads
The exact labels may vary slightly depending on the current Freemius Customer Portal layout.
Download KineticHub PRO
Open your KineticHub purchase and locate the available downloads.
Download the latest stable KineticHub PRO ZIP package.
The file name may look similar to:
kinetichub-premium.1.0.6.zip
The version number changes when a new release is available.
Do not extract the ZIP before uploading it to WordPress.
Keep older plugin packages only when you need them for testing or rollback purposes.
View your license key
The KineticHub license key is available inside the product or license details.
Copy the complete license key when connecting a new website.
Treat the license key as private account information.
Do not include it in:
- Public screenshots
- YouTube videos
- Documentation
- Support forum posts
- Public GitHub repositories
- Website source code
When recording a tutorial, hide or blur the license key and purchase email address.
Manage active websites
A KineticHub license may allow activation on one or more websites, depending on the purchased plan.
The active websites section shows which WordPress installations are connected to the license.
Each activation may include information such as:
- Website address
- Activation date
- Plugin version
- License status
Remove an old website
Remove or deactivate a website when:
- The site no longer exists
- The project was moved to another domain
- A staging website is no longer needed
- You want to use the license on a different website
- The activation limit has been reached
Open the active websites section and select the available deactivate or remove option next to the old website.
Then activate the license on the new WordPress installation.
Removing a website from the license does not normally delete the plugin or content from that website. It disconnects the installation from the KineticHub PRO license.
Moving from staging to production
When building a website on staging, the license may temporarily be connected to the staging domain.
Before launching the production website:
- Confirm whether your plan allows both staging and production activations
- Remove the staging activation when it is no longer needed
- Install and activate KineticHub PRO on the production website
- Connect the production website to the license
- Verify that premium updates and PRO controls are available
Avoid leaving unused development or temporary websites connected to the license.
View subscription details
The subscription section may show:
- Current plan
- Billing frequency
- Subscription status
- Next renewal date
- Renewal amount
- Payment method
- Automatic renewal status
Review this information before the renewal date.
Keeping the subscription active generally provides continued access to:
- KineticHub PRO updates
- New premium improvements
- License activation
- Premium support
The installed plugin may continue to function after a subscription ends, but access to future updates, downloads, support, or license services may be limited according to the license terms.
Update billing information
Open the billing or payment section in the Freemius Customer Portal.
Depending on the available account options, you may be able to:
- Update the payment method
- Change billing details
- Update the billing address
- Add company information
- Review tax information
Make sure your billing information is correct before the next renewal or invoice is generated.
Download invoices
Invoices and receipts are normally available in the billing, payments, or purchase history section.
Open the relevant transaction and download the available invoice or receipt.
Invoice information may include:
- Purchase date
- Product and plan
- Amount paid
- Tax information
- Billing details
- Transaction reference
Update your billing information before a future payment when the invoice must contain specific company details.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscription controls may be available from the product, license, or billing section.
Review the information carefully before cancelling.
Cancelling automatic renewal may affect future access to:
- Plugin updates
- New PRO versions
- Premium support
- License activation services
- Download access
Cancelling the subscription does not automatically remove KineticHub blocks or page content from your WordPress website.
Create a website backup and download the latest available PRO package before making major account changes.
Change the account email address
Account or profile settings may allow you to update your name, email address, or password.
When changing the email address:
- Confirm that you can access the new inbox
- Complete any verification step
- Store the updated account details securely
- Use the new email when signing in again
Changing the customer account email does not normally require rebuilding KineticHub blocks.
Verify the license inside WordPress
After changing a license, subscription, or website activation, return to WordPress.
Open:
Plugins → Installed Plugins
Confirm that KineticHub PRO is active.
Then open the available KineticHub or Freemius account screen and verify that the license status is active.
Also test one KineticHub block in the editor to confirm that the PRO settings remain available.
Troubleshooting
The KineticHub purchase is missing
Confirm that you signed in using the email address used during checkout.
Search your email for the original purchase confirmation to identify the correct address.
Also check whether the purchase was made using a different personal or business email account.
The download is unavailable
Confirm that the purchase or subscription is active and that you are viewing the correct KineticHub product.
Reload the portal and sign in again.
If the package is still unavailable, contact KineticHub support and provide the purchase email and order information.
Do not post your complete license key publicly.
The license activation limit is reached
Open the active websites section and remove an old, unused, staging, or development website.
Then activate the license on the new website.
An old website still appears active
A website may remain listed when KineticHub PRO was deleted before the license was deactivated.
Remove it manually from the Freemius Customer Portal.
The license is active in Freemius but not in WordPress
Confirm that:
- KineticHub PRO is active
- The website URL matches the activation shown in Freemius
- The license key belongs to the correct KineticHub purchase
- The site can make external HTTPS requests
- A security or firewall plugin is not blocking Freemius connections
Clear WordPress and browser caches, then reload the account screen.
You no longer have access to the purchase email
Contact KineticHub support privately and provide available purchase information.
You may be asked to verify ownership before account details can be changed.
Never share payment information or a complete license key in a public support forum.
