Billing & Invoices

KineticHub purchases are processed securely through Freemius, our checkout, licensing, subscription, and billing provider.

Freemius handles payment processing, VAT/tax calculation where applicable, subscription renewals, license delivery, and customer invoices. After purchase, customers can access their license, downloads, subscription details, payment information, and invoices through the Freemius Customer Portal.

Company billing details

If you are purchasing KineticHub for a company, you can enter your company billing details during checkout. If you need to update your billing details after purchase, you can do this through the Freemius Customer Portal.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically after purchase and can be accessed from the Freemius Customer Portal. Customers can use the portal to view order history, billing information, renewals, licenses, and invoices.

Licenses and subscriptions

KineticHub offers annual licenses for individual websites and multi-site usage. Your license gives you access to the premium plugin features, plugin updates, and support while the license is active.

Refunds are covered by our 14-day Refund Policy. If a refund is granted, the associated KineticHub Pro license may be cancelled or deactivated.
