This Privacy Policy explains how KineticHub (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Sorin, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit getkinetichub.com (the “Site”) or purchase our products.

- Contact forms: When you submit a form on the Site (powered by Gravity Forms), we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message content. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Purchases and licensing: When you purchase KineticHub PRO, checkout, billing, licensing, and subscription management are handled by Freemius, Inc. on our behalf. Freemius collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. See the Freemius Privacy Policy for details.
- Support requests: When you contact support, we collect the information you provide (email address, site details, license information) to resolve your request.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and operational purposes.
2. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential functionality (e.g., remembering form submissions, security).

Some pages on the Site may embed third-party media (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo videos). When you interact with embedded media, those providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
5. The KineticHub Plugin and Your Website Visitors
The KineticHub plugin itself does not collect or transmit personal data from visitors of websites where it is installed. Optional usage tracking offered during PRO activation is handled by Freemius, is clearly presented during setup, and can be declined without affecting plugin functionality.
If you configure blocks that embed third-party media (e.g., the Kinetic Video Modal block with a YouTube or Vimeo URL), those third-party services may receive visitor data when the media loads in the visitor’s browser.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Form submissions and support correspondence: retained while needed to handle your request, then periodically deleted.
- Purchase and licensing records: retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.
- Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics settings ([e.g., 14 months]).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to:
