Available license options may include:

An active license is required to receive Pro updates, access premium features, and receive Pro support.

Freemius handles payment processing, subscriptions, license delivery, VAT/tax calculation where applicable, and customer invoices.

After purchase, customers can access license details, downloads, subscriptions, billing information, payment details, and invoices through the Freemius Customer Portal.

KineticHub Pro licenses are annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise during checkout.

You can manage renewals, payment details, subscriptions, and cancellations through the Freemius Customer Portal.

6. Refund policy

KineticHub offers a 14-day refund policy for Pro purchases.

If you are not satisfied with KineticHub Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@getkinetichub.com and include your purchase email and order details.

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, license misuse, or requests made after the refund period has ended.
