These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KineticHub website, KineticHub software products, documentation, downloads, support channels, purchases, licenses, and related services.
By using this website, downloading a KineticHub product, or purchasing a paid KineticHub product, you agree to these terms.
1. About KineticHub
KineticHub is an independent WordPress software project created by Sorin Gabriel, based in Romania.
KineticHub develops WordPress products focused on practical utility, modern frontend interaction, performance, and a polished user experience.
The KineticHub product ecosystem includes:
- KineticHub Suite, a collection of interactive Gutenberg blocks available in Free and PRO editions.
- Standalone WordPress plugins, which solve focused WordPress problems independently from the block suite. Standalone products may be free, paid, subscription-based, or sold under a lifetime license, depending on the individual product.
The exact features, pricing, license type, and availability of each product are shown on its product page and during checkout.

2. Free and paid products
Some KineticHub products are available free of charge through WordPress.org or other official KineticHub distribution channels.
Paid KineticHub products may include premium versions of free products or standalone commercial plugins.
For example, KineticHub Suite is available as a free WordPress plugin with an optional PRO version, while some standalone products may use a different licensing and pricing model.
Purchasing one KineticHub product does not automatically grant access to other paid KineticHub products unless this is explicitly stated as part of a bundle, plan, or promotion.
3. Licensing and site activations
Paid KineticHub software is licensed according to the product and plan purchased.
A license may limit the number of websites on which the product can be activated. The applicable number of site activations is displayed on the product page and during checkout.
License keys are personal to the purchaser or purchasing organization and must not be publicly shared, published, transferred for resale, or used to bypass the number of activations included with the purchased plan.
Licensing, activation, account services, and software updates for commercial KineticHub products may be managed through Freemius.
4. Annual licenses
Some KineticHub products, including KineticHub Suite PRO plans where stated, are sold under annual licenses.
Annual licenses may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
While an annual license is active, it provides the updates, downloads, licensed activations, and support described for that plan.
If an annual license expires or is cancelled, updates, premium downloads, and paid support may no longer be available. Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, expiration does not automatically remove already-installed software from your website.
Renewal terms and pricing are displayed during checkout and are also available through the Freemius Customer Portal.
5. Lifetime licenses
Some standalone KineticHub products may be sold under a lifetime license.
A lifetime license requires a single payment and does not require a recurring subscription for the purchased product and number of site activations.
The exact number of permitted activations and included features are displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
A lifetime license does not mean that WordPress, third-party platforms, hosting environments, or the product itself are guaranteed to exist or remain technically compatible indefinitely. KineticHub will maintain and update products while they remain actively supported products.
6. Payments, billing, taxes, and invoices
Paid KineticHub purchases are processed through Freemius, our checkout, licensing, payment, and billing provider.
Freemius acts as the merchant of record for software transactions processed through its platform and handles payment processing, applicable VAT and sales tax, license delivery, subscription management where applicable, and customer invoices.
After purchase, customers can access relevant licenses, downloads, billing information, subscriptions where applicable, and invoices through the Freemius Customer Portal.
The final price, billing period, license type, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
7. Renewals and cancellations
Products sold as subscriptions can be managed through the Freemius Customer Portal.
You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal date to prevent future automatic renewal.
Cancelling a subscription does not normally refund the current paid license period and does not create a new refund period.
Lifetime licenses have no recurring renewal payment.
8. Refund policy
Paid KineticHub software purchases are subject to the KineticHub Refund Policy and any additional purchase terms displayed during the Freemius checkout process.
Unless a different refund period is explicitly stated for a product, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.
Refund eligibility, exclusions, license cancellation, and instructions for requesting a refund are explained in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Support
Support availability depends on the product.
Free products distributed through WordPress.org may use their official WordPress.org support forum.
Customers with eligible paid licenses may contact KineticHub through the support channels provided on this website.
Support may cover product installation, activation, licensing, updates, documented features, reproducible product issues, and compatibility investigation relating directly to KineticHub software.
Support does not include custom website development, custom design work, unrelated third-party plugin fixes, hosting administration, server management, or guaranteed compatibility with every possible WordPress configuration.
10. Compatibility
KineticHub products are designed for modern WordPress websites.
WordPress websites can vary significantly because of themes, plugins, hosting environments, caching systems, optimization tools, custom code, browsers, and server configurations.
While we actively work to maintain compatibility with supported WordPress environments, we cannot guarantee that every KineticHub product will operate identically with every third-party product or configuration.
Users should maintain appropriate backups and test significant plugin changes on a staging environment when practical.
11. Updates and product development
KineticHub products may receive bug fixes, compatibility updates, security improvements, interface changes, new features, or feature refinements.
Products and individual features may evolve over time.
We may modify, replace, discontinue, or reorganize features where necessary for product quality, compatibility, security, performance, or ongoing development.
Paid update eligibility depends on the license model of the applicable product.
12. Website content and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, documentation, pricing, feature descriptions, and licensing information accurate.
However, errors may occur and information may change.
KineticHub may update product descriptions, documentation, pricing, plans, license structures, promotions, and website content at any time.
A completed purchase remains subject to the terms and license conditions applicable to that purchase.
13. Acceptable use
You must not misuse KineticHub websites, downloads, support services, licenses, or customer systems.
You must not publish or share paid license keys, attempt to bypass licensing or activation restrictions, submit malicious files or spam through support systems, interfere with KineticHub infrastructure, or use KineticHub services for unlawful activity.
14. Third-party services
KineticHub relies on certain third-party services for functions such as payment processing, licensing, software updates, hosting, and email delivery.
For commercial software transactions, Freemius provides checkout, account, licensing, and billing services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
KineticHub is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of liability
KineticHub software and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KineticHub and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website or software, including loss of revenue, data, profits, business opportunities, or website availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining suitable backups and for testing software changes before deploying them to critical production environments.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Privacy
Use of the KineticHub website and products is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Payment, licensing, account, and purchase information processed through Freemius may additionally be governed by Freemius privacy and transaction terms.
17. Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated when KineticHub products, services, licensing models, or legal requirements change.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently updated.
